Article Snippet: BxPC-3 pancreatic adenocarcinoma (CRL-1687TM) and HEK293 human embryonic kidney cells were obtained from ATCC and cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS (Biochrome, Germany) and 1% penicillin/streptomycin (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA) at 37 ̊C in 5% CO2.
